Welcome to your 3 day juice fast program.  

Before beginning the program there are a few things I recommend that you do.  

Following these tips will help insure your success!  

Firstly, get the all clear from your doctor.  I cannot stress this enough.  

This will give you the peace of mind you need to make sure you follow the 3 day juice fast program safely.

Once you are inspired and ready, ​

I would like you to follow the Slow Elimination Diet.  This will help you not only fast safely, but enjoyably too!

Tips, guidelines and Recommendations!

Your juices will be packed with all the vitamins, minerals and goodness your body needs to thrive!  

This 3 day juice fast program has everything you need to make sure your body doesn't go into starvation mode.  

However, if you feel that you are hungry, then have more juices or make a smoothie instead.  

If that is not enough, then have a banana or half an avocado with a splash of lemon juice and some salt and pepper. 

See this as a general guide line but always listen to your body.  

Make sure the cravings are not mental ones.  If three days is too much, then begin with 1 day.   

Take it one day at a time!

Adjust it as you need.  

If you have any questions make sure to ask.   

But most importantly have fun with this.  

We will begin with the what your typical day will look like and then include some delicious recipes.  

You can mix and match as you like.

Always choose organic ingredients.

When its chilly outside add ginger to warm up the juices.

What a typical day will look like

  1. 8 am Begin each day with a warm glass of water and the juice of 1/2 a lemon.
  2. 8.15 am Follow this up either with a shot of wheat-grass juice or ginger juice
  3. 8.30 am First Juice Meal  
  4. 9 - 10 am Herbal Tea
  5. 12 pm Second Juice Meal 
  6. 1.30pm Cup of Broth
  7. 3 pm 3rd Juice Recipe
  8. 6 pm 4th Juice
  9. 7 pm Cup of Broth
  10. 9 pm Herbal Tea

Cup of Sunshine

This green juice will give you a boost of chlorophyll.  With a host of benefits including vitamins A, C, E & Mg.  Its a blood purifier, helps remove anti oxidants, anti-inflammatory, and wound healer!

Ingredients
  • A bunch of parsley
  • A bunch of spinach
  • 2 kale leaves
  • 2 celery sticks
  • 1 green apple
  • 1 cucumber
  • Ginger
  • Mint
  • Lime (remove the rind, which is bitter, but keep the pith which is full of antioxidants)
  1. Add all the ingredients into your juicer!
  2. Drink. Enjoy. Glow.

Blood Builder

This juice is full of the goodness you need to help build your blood. It contains Iron, and folic acid.   Magnesium and vitamins, C and E.

Enjoy the earthy taste whilst you build yourself up from the inside out!

Ingredients
  • 1 beetroot
  • 1 apple
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 celery stick
  • 1/2 cup of broccoli 
  • 2 kale leaves


  1. Add all the ingredients to your juicer!
  2. Drink. Enjoy.  Glow!

Anti Inflammatory Booster

The natural anti-inflammatory ingredients found here can help support the body’s natural healing process.  This juice also helps to strengthen the bones and gut health.


Ingredients
  • 1/4 of a wedge of purple cabbage
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 pear
  • 2 cm slice of ginger
  • 1 cm slice of turmeric
  • 1 pear (hard variety)
  • 1/2 lemon (remove the rind, which is bitter, but keep the pith which is full of antioxidants) 
  1. Add all the ingredients to your juices!
  2. Drink. Enjoy. Glow!

Antioxidant Blast

Ingredients
  • 1 apple
  • 1 handful of berries, anything that is in season, and make it as colourlful as possible! You can include, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, or blackberries!  If not in season, then frozen is good too!
  • 1 beetroot.
  1. Add all the ingredients to your juicer!
  2. Drink. Enjoy. Glow!

Be Prepared to Look and Feel Great!

Longevity Broth

Rich in minerals and vitamins, this broth also brings your body's pH into balance.  Lowering acidity and promoting a cleansing of your body's tissues, and organs.

Ingredients
  • 1 head of celery, including the leaves
  • 3 large potatoes, including the skin
  • A bunch of leafy green stuff, including kale and spinach.
  • A bunch of green herbs.
  • A cup of broccoli or green beans, chopped. 
  • 1 apple, cored. 
  1. Fill a large pot with water, making sure to cover all the vegetables and apple.  
  2. Bring to the boil.
  3. Simmer gently for between 1 1/2 and 3 hours. 
  4. Remove from heat and strain vegetables.
  5. Can keep in the fridge for up to three days.
